Any artwork or photographs supplied to us for reproduction must be verified by you, our customer, that you own or have permission to use the photograph(s) or artwork. We do not accept any responsibility what so ever for the copyright of photographs or artwork supplied to us for reproduction.

Any picture or art work submitted to RyCo Crafts for reproducing may be altered or a part selected to fit to the product required. Colours may be slightly different to photographs not reproduced by RyCo Crafts and also different when reproduced on different media. All repro work done by RyCo Crafts remains the property of RyCo Crafts.

RyCo Crafts (here in after referred to as ‘the Company’) is committed to protecting your privacy, and will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Company collect information about you to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
The Company will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
The Company will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.

Pricing

If RyCo Crafts fail to satisfy you with our service or product you receive, please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation where possible. All emails and correspondence will be responded to at the earliest opportunity. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been solved. Ryco Crafts replacement policy extends only to manufacturing defects.

The Company produces a wide range of products that are individually suitable for a range of ages and abilities. Please be aware that children should be supervised at all times while making up or playing with the jigsaws which contain small pieces and if used incorrectly may cause harm. Not all our products will be suitable for children, if you are unsure please contact us.

For security purposes all credit card transactions are handled via a secure online clearing agent. The Company has no access to your credit card details. The Company accept all major credit cards.
You are also able to pay directly in UK Stirling by cheque. Please make the cheque payable to RyCo Crafts and post to
